The licensed technician's record of every refrigerant recovery, charge, leak test and cylinder movement, reconciled monthly against cylinder stock.
Instrument, Plant and Vehicle Register
Tracks every test instrument, refrigerant recovery unit, scale, leak detector, ladder, elevated work platform and service van with its calibration or inspection status.
