Service and Maintenance
Responds to faults and breakdowns, carries out repairs, and runs scheduled test and tag, emergency lighting and preventive maintenance programs for commercial and residential customers from eleven service vans across the three sites.

- Respond to fault calls within the agreed service level
- Find and rectify faults in low voltage installations and equipment
- Run test and tag and emergency lighting programs
- Maintain the on-call roster and after-hours response
- Record every job, test result and part used
- Advise customers on repairs versus replacement

Where the work is recorded
Job and Work Order Board
The record of every quoted, scheduled, in-progress and completed job across all departments, with the site, allocated tradespeople, supervising electrician and status.
Test and Compliance Register
Records the mandatory test results, certificates of electrical safety, solar compliance documents and observations for every job before it is handed over.
Instrument, Plant and Vehicle Register
Tracks every test instrument, refrigerant recovery unit, scale, leak detector, ladder, elevated work platform and service van with its calibration or inspection status.
